LSB Management Statement
The Legal Services Board is accountable to Parliament through the Lord Chancellor and is sponsored by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). The relationship between the Legal Services Board and the MoJ is detailed in the Management Statement, which sets out the principles and strategic framework for how the relationship between the Legal Services Board and the MoJ will operate. The Statement looks at how both parties will:
- meet their responsibilities;
- ensure regular contact and communicate with one another;
- undertake proper planning and ensure accountability; and
- support each other.
