The Legal Services Board intends to be an organisation where professional standards are high, decisions are taken on the basis of evidence, interventions are proportionate and all LSB colleagues understand their role and how it fits into the LSB as a whole.

The LSB will have around 35 staff, from a wide variety of backgrounds. Most will work on a number of policy and management projects at the same time.

In recruiting we will be looking for people from a wide variety of backgrounds - public, private, regulatory. What matters most is that candidates have an appetite for change and improving standards.
