The Legal Services Board is an organisation where professional standards are high, decisions are taken on the basis of evidence and interventions are proportionate. All colleagues understand their role and how it fits into the LSB as a whole.
We have around 30 staff, from a wide variety of backgrounds – public, private, regulatory. Most work on a number of policy and management projects at the same time. In recruiting, we look for skills and experience matched by an appetite for change and improving standards.
