ILEX Applications received by LSB

Three applications have been received from the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) to become an approved regulator under the Legal Services Act 2007 to award rights for ILEX members to undertake the following reserved legal activities:

• Rights of audience and rights to conduct litigation to Associate Prosecutor members
• Rights to conduct litigation and rights of audience
• Rights to undertake probate work
