Ministry of Justice triennial review

The Ministry of Justice has today opened a consultation as part of the Triennial Review process related to the Legal Services Board (LSB) and the Office for Legal Complaints (OLC).

The Triennial Review mechanism is part of the Government’s work in reviewing Executive and Advisory Non Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs). The Ministry of Justice’s consultation will be open for 12 weeks and Ministers have invited all individuals and bodies with an interest in the operation of the two bodies to contribute their views.
