01 April 2010 - LSB grants three further rule changes for ARs

The Legal Services Board has granted three further applications for alterations to the Regulatory Arrangements of Approved Regulators. These are:

1. Bar Standards Board application to amend the Bar Code of Conduct on the Structure of Self Employed Practice
2. Bar Standards Board application to amend the Bar Code of Conduct on the application of the Public Access Scheme
3. Solicitors Regulation Authority application for the approval of the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme Regulations
