Upcoming consultations
We carry out various formal consultations on which we invite the views of the legal sector, consumers and many others on topics ranging from proposed changes in regulations to policy developments.
We have compiled a list of proposed consultations to give stakeholders advance notification of the consultations we expect to publish in the future. The proposed list is subject to change however, and we may withdraw some proposed consultations completely. The fact that a proposed consultation appears on the list should not be taken as an indication that the consultation will actually proceed or that the scope of the consultation will be exactly as described.
