We have issued a warning notice to the Association of Costs Lawyers (ACL) as the approved regulator which informs the CLSB that the LSB, pursuant to paragraph 21(1)(b) of Part 3 of Schedule 4 of the Legal Services Act 2007, is considering whether to refuse the application. The warning notice expires on 16 December 2013; this is 12 months from the date of receipt of the warning notice by the ACL.
