The 2018 ‘Innovation in legal services’ survey found that unchanged from 2015, a quarter of legal services organisations have introduced a new and improved service in the previous 3 years. Levels and types of innovation are shown below in comparison to the 2015 innovation analysis.
The two rings refer to years since we are comparing levels of innovation in 2018 and 2015. Each dotted line represents one of the different types of innovation included in the analysis. When no coloured figure appears on the 2015 ring there is no statistically significant difference with 2018.
